Production of filtering discs for static and spin filters

The filtering discs usage » (enter) in the tangential flow filters (Junior) or in the hydraulic or electrical spin filters (Professional) represents our exclusive patent.

The only ones in filtration area, we carry out this system that allows to reach two important targets:

• Wide filtering surface also with little dimensions filters
  
• A self-cleaning system that allows filters operation even without maintenance.

The main characteristic of our filtering discs, in fact, is that they are extremely waterproof to the liquid they are to filter, while, on the contrary, they even block very small dimension particles that do not get glued to the polyethylene tissue they are covered with (easily removable by the self-cleaning cycles).

All the manufacture cycle is owned, from the nylon components printing to the elements welding; checked for quality of used materials and for type of tissue, according to the filtration rate to be reached and according to the order received.
