A patent is a means that Companies can use in order to protect their inventions, applications, ornamental or useful models from third people.
The patent juridical force is that to prevent third people from manufacturing, selling or using our Company invention without specific authorisation.
The word invention means a new solution to a technical problem also in terms of originality.

Those who patent something obtain protection on their own invention, in exchange they are forced to make the invention public.
The Company that decide to patent is investing in research and development so that certain singularities are guaranteed and added value is increased.
