WHAT FILTRATION IS

Irrigation waters, processing waters, waters used in cooling installations, or other liquids used in a number of industrial applications which contain impurities (sand, processing residuals, suspended particles and so on) which it is advisable to eliminate in order to maintain the utmost installation efficiency, which ever it is, and to avoid that such impurities clog it.

Filtration is that operation which is carried out to remove solid parts from water or from another liquid to make implantation life as long as possible.

Filtration can be:

• mechanical
• biological
• mechanical/biological at the same time
• hydrodynamic

Mechanical filtration is the one interesting to our production and is based on the use of particular filtering discs (our exclusive patent - see discs filtration) or on the use of quartzite (see ARENA and DUAL filtration systems).

The combination of our discs and the particular manufacture system of the filters we produce represents a high performance group suitable to endless applications.
